Custom Trainings
Training's can be developed for staff/caregivers/people with IDD based on your identified needs.
Training costs include all preparatory work to design the training specific to your needs, supplies, materials and handouts. Training's can vary in time from 45 minutes to multi-day workshops.

Policy Development
In today’s climate, discussing sexuality can be tricky. It is hard to know the best way to respond to sexuality-based situations and to know what your staff can and should be doing to proactively address the broad topic that is sexuality. This is where policy comes in. Having a robust sexuality policy in place allows your staff to clearly understand their role so that they can feel comfortable supporting people in this area. This also allows you to inform the people utilizing your services that there is a sexuality policy in place so that everyone involved is aware of how you plan to address issues of sexuality that arise within your agency and how you plan to proactively provide sexuality education and support. Inclusive Sexology will work with you to create a sexuality policy that is tailor-made to represent your programs values and the services you provide.

Clinical Consultation
If you are struggling to know the best way to support a person with a sexuality related concern or have questions regarding healthy/unhealthy sexual behaviors or expression then reach out. Inclusive Sexology offers clinical consultation on individual cases. The consultation will involve a discussion with key members of the interdisciplinary team and where appropriate the person themselves. A consultation report with interpretations and suggestions will be provided.

Consistency is key when supporting a person who is engaging in an unsafe or maladaptive behavior. Inclusive Sexology can assist in writing positive behavior support plans or individualized education plans so that the interdisciplinary team all knows how to respond to sexuality related behaviors.

Curriculum
Development
Sexuality curriculum is not always readily accessible for students with intellectual/developmental disabilities and staff are often left ill-equipped with knowing how and what to teach about specific sexuality topics. Inclusive Sexology can work with you to either: adapt existing lesson plans/curricula to meet the needs of specific students you are supporting, or; create new lesson plans/curricula for specific sexuality content areas that you need support with.
Curricula can be developed for any age group and are tailored to be both developmentally appropriate and to meet the needs of people with a variety of needs and learning styles.
All lesson plans include tips for facilitators, glossary of terms, copies of all needed handouts and materials, step by step instructions to conduct each lesson and additional resources for educators.
